Kian's Bizarre B&B, which will be released worldwide on the 8th April, is a weather-torn new-concept homestay variety show featuring Kian 84, JIN and Ji Ye-eun with their guests at Kiang Villa on Ulleung Island, which is flowing with Kian-like thinking. Nothing is what you imagined, but it presents viewers with hilarious laughter and unpredictable fun with unimaginable ‘Kian-style’ fun.
The previously released preview poster and trailer piqued curiosity with the outlandish visuals of Kian Manor, where Kian's imagination became reality, and the main poster and trailer unveiled today stimulate expectations even further with the scenery of Kian Manor, which is full of ‘Kian-like’ fun. Firstly, the main poster, with its varied expressions of the Kian Manor family and the interesting phrase ‘between healing and keying’, anticipates the birth of a new concept of guest house variety that has never been seen before.
The main trailer invites interest with the spectacle of the hard-working and romantic guest house Kiangso. Kian84 designed a guest house on Ulleungdo, and with the vast ocean as its forecourt, Kian-so is filled with a Kian-like romance that is not what you would have imagined, but what you never imagined. From the entrance that can be entered and exited only by climbing, to the kitchen that can be moved only by running along a stick, JIN and Ji Ye-eun cannot hide their bewilderment at the design that makes them say ‘This is, this is outrageous’.
However, JIN and Ji Ye-eun have somehow adapted to Kian Manor, where everything flows according to the master's wishes, from cleaning to meals and care. They add to the fun with their natural enjoyment of napping on the ground, saying, "I think I'm starting to look a bit like the boss." The guests enjoy their stay at Kian Manor in their own ways, as it is a bit unfamiliar and inconvenient, but they see it as the essence of youth itself. And the following phrase ‘a house full of romance’ makes the episodes at Kian Manor even more interesting, creating unimaginable memories, not to mention the romance that comes after all the hard work.
Jung Hyo-min, Lee So-min and PD Hwang Yoon-soo said "The most important thing we thought of while directing Kian's Bizarre B&B was to develop a Kian-like situation.” He continued, "I want the viewers to think 'I want to go to Kian's Bizarre B&B at least once'" and added, "At first, the viewers wonder ’What kind of variety show is this? and ‘I hope it will be a strangely interesting and emotional programme’."
Meanwhile, the new concept of the guest house variety show ‘Kian's Bizarre B&B’ will only be available on Netflix from the 8th April, with nine episodes released over three weeks, starting with three episodes in the first week and three episodes each week in succession.
