CJ ENM teams up with the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures to hold director Bong JUNHO exhibition - Korean media

South Korean entertainment giant CJ ENM has signed a three-year partnership agreement with the US Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
The purpose of the partnership is to broaden the reach of Asian films, including Korean films, in Hollywood.
Over the next three years, CJ ENM will support the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in offering programs by a variety of Asian creators.

The museum is sponsoring the "Inspiration" exhibition, which will feature the director Bong's first-ever exclusive exhibit, with around 100 exhibits including storyboards, posters, props and on-site photos.
The exhibition will also feature a recreation of Bong's studio, decorated with various objects that inspired his films.
Prior to this, CJ Group Vice Chairman Lee Mi Kyung announced the 2019 Academy Awards
A CJ ENM official said, "Since our investment in the American production company DreamWorks in 1995 and our start in the film business, we have expanded Korean films to the market for 30 years.
"Through this partnership, we will be able to help Asian creators who possess unique creative qualities and appeal to the masses establish themselves in the global market."
