Haechan (NCT) donates 50 million won to help with forest fire victims

Haechan, a member of the Korean boy group "NCT," has donated 50 million won (approximately 5.1 million yen) to help with forest fire victims.
On the 25th, the Community Chest of Love held a charity event to support the victims of the recent forest fires in North and South Gyeongsang Provinces.
He announced that he donated 50 million won to help with the forest fires that broke out in Gyeongsang Province, including Sancheong County, South Gyeongsang Province, and Uiseong County, North Gyeongsang Province, on the 21st.
With 18 deaths and more than 27,000 people affected, the Ai no Mi Social Welfare Community Chest is holding a special donation drive until April 30th to support the wildfire victims.
Haechan said, "I heard about the people who suffered great damage from the sudden forest fires, and I wanted to help them in some way. I hope that the residents of the affected areas can return to a stable daily life as soon as possible.
In 2023, Haechan will donate 100 million won to the Turkey-Syria earthquake recovery efforts, and will be the recipient of the "Love Real Social Welfare Community Chest" donation, a large-scale donor fundraiser.
This year, the company also participated in a donation drive to support the forest fire victims in the Gyeongsang Province area, and continues to share its efforts at disaster sites.
