Despite the deaths, TV personality Kim Kyung Hwa expresses dissatisfaction with her daughter's substitute school meal following the sinkhole accident, but ends up apologizing

TV personality Kim Kyung Hwa expressed regret that her daughter was not provided with a proper school lunch due to the sinkhole accident, but posted an apology.

　Kim Kyung Hwa took to SNS on the 29th, saying, “I didn't think enough of it. I was so buried in my position that I could not look at other situations carefully,” and apologized for my actions that were not prudent.

　She continued, “I would like to express my apologies to those who are hurt or harmed by my statement, and also to the schools that are working hard to resolve the various issues. Once again, I bow my head and apologize.”

　Earlier, Kim Kyung Hwa released a photo of her second daughter, who attends a specialized high school, claiming that it was a school lunch she had for lunch. The photo included sweet potato cake bread, cheese muffin bread, a cup of fruit, and chocolate milk. Kim Kyung Hwa mentioned the sinkhole accident in Myeongil-dong, Seoul, and said, “There was a major accident in front of the school the other day, which unfortunately caused the loss of lives, and due to safety issues in the area (residential areas are supplied with gas), the school, being a large facility, cannot be supplied with gas until the safety is ensured. After the accident, lunch and dinner services for the children were suspended, and this kind of uncooked lunch is being served instead,” he reported.

　She continued, “I understand that gas is not available, and I understand all the regulations and difficulties of group lunches, but as a parent, I can't help but feel that it is not too easy to send my children to school,” adding, “Teachers are served a hot meal with food delivered to them." He also said that a teacher's opinion about whether students and teachers should be the same was silenced.

　Kim Kyung Hwa added, “As parents who want their children to have a hot meal, shouldn't they be able to have a hot meal even if they have to order three or four times?"

　The public pointed out that this was an inappropriate display of dissatisfaction in an accident that caused loss of life, and Kim Kyung Hwa apologized on the 29th, saying, “I bow my head and offer my apologies."
