Idol group Stray Kids has been exerting a positive influence by providing emergency relief for forest fire victims in the Ulsan, Kyungbuk and Kyungnam regions.
On the 1st, Stray Kids donated 400 million won (4,000,000 yen) to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association to be used for emergency relief for residents affected by the large-scale forest fires in Ulsan, North Gyeongsang Province, and South Gyeongsang Province.
The donations will be used to provide emergency relief supplies and emergency living expenses to residents affected by the forest fires.
The funds will be used to support the victims, firefighters, and other victims. Stray Kids said, "We deeply sympathize with the pain of the victims who lost their daily lives in an instant, and we thank all the people who are working hard with us."
Prior to this, Stray Kids began supporting children overseas in 2014, and in 2020, they began providing regular individual donations and lunch boxes to disadvantaged groups in Korea.
