According to the Korean aviation industry, the captain and co-pilot clashed over political differences at a hotel after operating the Incheon-Brisbane route in December last year.
The two men reportedly had a heated argument over differences of opinion regarding emergency law and impeachment proceedings against former President Yoon, which escalated into violence.
The captain was rushed to hospital and the co-pilot was also injured. Fortunately, the return flight was scheduled for an alternative flight.
The pilot operated the flight normally. Korean Air said, "Although an unfortunate incident occurred, it did not affect the schedule. We will reiterate our internal guidelines and provide related training to prevent a recurrence."
I conveyed it.
