”Tell me the way”... Arrest warrant issued for foreigner who invited elementary school student into car and committed indecent acts = South Korea

An arrest warrant has been issued for a foreigner in his 20s who invited two elementary school students into his car on their way to school and committed obscene acts. The Incheon National Police Agency's Female and Youth Crime Investigation Division has issued an arrest warrant for the suspect.
On the 10th, the police revealed that they had applied for an arrest warrant for suspect A, an Uzbek in his 20s, on suspicion of enticing someone to come to his house. Suspect A was arrested at around 8:40 a.m. on the 8th of this month in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
He is suspected of inviting two elementary school students, including B, into his car near an elementary school and then committing lewd acts. The victims were on their way to school when Suspect A asked them to show him the way, and they got in his car.
At the time, B-kun got out of the car after riding in A-kun's car for about five minutes, and another victim, C-chan, got into the back seat of A-kun's car.
After B and the others got out of Suspect A's car, they immediately went to school, and a teacher who heard about the incident called the police.

A similar kidnapping incident involving an elementary school student also occurred on the 11th of last month. At the time, a man in his 30s approached an elementary school student on his way home in Ilsan-dong, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province, and said,
They lured the victim by saying, "I'll buy you something delicious," but a passerby who spotted them called the police, so no further harm was done.
Article 288 of the Korean Criminal Code provides for a prison sentence of one to ten years for soliciting a child for the purpose of indecent acts, and Article 287 provides for a prison sentence of one to ten years for soliciting a child for the purpose of indecent acts.
The article stipulates that anyone who kidnaps or entices a minor shall be punished with imprisonment of up to 10 years.
