On the 10th, the 10th Criminal Division of the Seoul High Court held the first hearing of the appeal trial on Mr. A's charges of violating the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Certain Economic Crimes.
On this day, in his final statement, Mr. A said, "I sincerely apologize to the victim who has been hurt and suffered because of me, and I ask for her forgiveness," and then stated that he had caused Jun Su (Xia) emotional and financial damage due to his propofol poisoning.
