On the 10th, the 10th Criminal Division of the Seoul High Court decided to impose aggravated punishment on female BJ A for specific economic crimes.
The first hearing of the appeal trial for the charge of violating the law (blackmail) against the police was held on Wednesday. In 2019, Mr. A recorded conversations with Jun Su (Xia) and threatened to spread them on social media.
In exchange for not distributing the drugs, Jun Su (Xia) was extorted 800 million won over a period of about five years from September 2020 to last month. The reason why Mr. A threatened Jun Su (Xia) and extorted 800 million won was because he had invested in drugs.
