A man in his 60s was arrested after causing a disturbance at an adult games center, bringing a weapon from his home and injuring a staff member.
Jungnang Police Station in Seoul is investigating a man in his 60s, A, for attempted murder.
According to the police, on the 26th at around 9:10 pm, suspect A was at an adult game center near Manwoo Station in Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
The man brandished the weapon at a male employee in his 40s, who suffered a 2-centimeter stab wound in the thigh, but was not found to be in any danger of dying.
At the time, suspect A was drunk and playing a game, and when the victim tried to stop him from playing, he became angry and committed the crime.
It was confirmed that suspect A caused a disturbance at the game center, brought a weapon from his home, and brandished it at the staff.
A police official said, "We are investigating suspect A," and "We plan to apply for an arrest warrant today."
