Actress Lee Min Jung revealed the process of making sweet and spicy stir-fried pork.
Recently, the YouTube channel “Lee Min Jung MJ” posted a video titled "BH reveals a super easy recipe for stir-fried pork with sweet and spicy sauce that he eats 7 days a week *Why men are crazy about pork."
On that day, Lee Min-jung said that she would reveal how to make sweet and spicy stir-fried pork. She had recently served the sweet and spicy stir-fried pork dish to her staff members and asked, "Why do all the guys love pork? It seems like everyone only eats pork,“ she said, revealing, ”I feel like I make this dish seven times a week."
First, she put the sauce in a frying pan after she had spread some scallion oil on it, and then stir-fried the meat and sauce. She then added onion and chili powder, and finally added water syrup. When the staff asked whether the family members preferred pork with hot pepper paste or pork with soy sauce, Lee Min-jung immediately replied, "Joon-hoo (son) likes pork with hot pepper paste, and Oppa (husband Lee Byung-hun) likes this (pork with soy sauce) more."
Thus, Lee Min-jung, who revealed a super easy recipe for stir-fried pork with sweet and spicy sauce, said, "All of you housewives seem to know it, so I wondered if I would dare to explain it to you. I prepared it in two versions as it is,“ she said. ”The one I laid down is a slightly sweetened gochujang (red pepper paste) base without the green chili pepper. Those who enjoy it as a snack prefer pork with soy sauce."
The staff members who tasted the dish were impressed with the taste, saying, "It tastes good seven days a week. It is very tasty. Lee Min-jung responded, "It's really strange. Why do men do that? Why is pork their soul food?" The staff wondered, “Why isn't it soul food?” which drew laughter from her.
