Kim Soohyeon has been releasing documents related to her private life one after another. Kim Soohyeon's management office has been investigating the Carocello Institute, Kim Sae Ron's family, and Ms. A, who claims to be Kim Sae Ron's aunt.
The allegations were made on suspicion of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (distribution of footage taken with a camera, etc.).
She said she denied her relationship with Ron because she wanted to protect the tvNTV series "Queen of Tears," and that she made the choice as a star.
She said that the documents released by Kim Sae Ron's family were manipulated, and cried, saying, "If she is deceased, there is no way she could have mistaken the age difference between us." She revealed that she had submitted such documents to the investigative authorities.
Attorney Kim Jeong-bok said, "We are filing charges against the family, the unidentified person who claimed to be the aunt, and the operator of the Carocello Institute for violating the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information.
They filed a complaint for defamation, attaching as evidence the appraisal documents mentioned by actor Kim Soohyeon. They are also filing a lawsuit against these people seeking damages worth 12 billion won.
The lawsuit was brought to the Seoul Central District Court on the same day. Kim Soohyeon's side also stated that malicious comments directed at Kim Soohyeon were also considered defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act and insults under the Criminal Code.
He has filed a complaint with the investigating agency regarding the alleged crime.
