”KATSEYE” ranks in the UK official singles main chart for the first time with new song ”Gnarly”

HYBE and Geffen's global girl group KATSEYE is gaining popularity after breaking their own records on major global music charts.
"KATSEYE" successfully ranked in the UK's Official Singles Top 100, which is considered the world's second biggest pop chart along with the US Billboard.
The song also reached its highest ranking yet on Spotify's Global Weekly Top Songs, the world's largest streaming platform, proving its unstoppable popularity.
According to the UK Official Singles Chart released on the 9th (local time), KATSEYE's digital single "Gnarly" is ranked 1st in the "Official Singles Chart" this week (9th to 15th).
They made their debut at number 52 on the "Top 100 Singles" chart, a remarkable achievement for a group that has only been on the market for less than a year.
"Gnarly" is also showing a rapid upward trend on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform.
The song was ranked 60th in Spotify's latest "Weekly Top Songs Global" (calculation period: May 2-8), which was announced on the same day.
This is a huge leap forward from the previous album "Touch"'s highest ranking on the chart, which was 78th place.
Prior to this, Spotify had ranked the song 91st (as of May 2) in its "Daily Top Songs Global" (as of May 8).
After being first ranked on May 4th, it rose in rank every day to 74th (as of May 4th), 63rd (as of May 5th), 45th (as of May 6th), and 35th (as of May 7th).
It is ranked 68th on the "Weekly Top Songs US" chart (calculation period May 2-8), which will be updated next week.
There is also interest in whether it will be ranked on the Billboard Hot 100. "Gnarly" is a song that combines dance and punk elements on a hyper pop base.
