Meta Planet establishes US subsidiary to plan Bitcoin strategy, buys 145 more

Meta Planet has established a subsidiary in the United States to devise a Bitcoin financial strategy. It also plans to purchase an additional 145 Bitcoins and issue additional bonds to increase its holdings.
Meta Planet will establish "Meta Planet USA" in Florida, USA. It plans to invest $250 million in capital and develop a financial strategy centered on Bitcoin.
On the same day, Meta Planet announced that it had purchased an additional 145 Bitcoins through X (formerly Twitter). Meta Planet plans to have 10,000 Bitcoins by the end of this year.
Meta Planet said it plans to issue $24.69 million in bonds to purchase additional Bitcoin.
