In South Korea, as the official campaign for the June 3 presidential election has begun, a public opinion poll showed that Lee Jae-myung, the candidate of the largest opposition party, the Democratic Party of Korea, received support in the 50% range.

According to a survey on presidential candidate approval ratings, candidate Lee Jae Myung recorded an approval rating of 51%.
Next was Kim Moon-soo of the ruling People Power Party with 31%, followed by Lee Jun-seok of the New Reform Party with 8%, with most people choosing "I don't know/refuse to answer".
Looking at the results by political leanings, it was found that the majority of respondents who considered themselves to be "moderate" chose "candidate Lee Jae Myung."
Among moderates, support for Lee Jae Myung was 56%, for Kim was 22%, and for Lee Jun Seok was 10%.
