The group ILLIT will be the first K-pop girl group to perform at ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2025, Japan's largest music festival.
According to management office BELIFT LAB on the 14th, "ILLIT" will be held at Soga Sports Park in Chiba City on September 13-15 and 20-21 as part of the "ROCK IN JAPAN
The festival is one of the four major rock festivals in Japan, and is celebrating its 26th anniversary this year. Last year alone, the festival had 27 performances.
It is a large-scale event that can be attended by 50,000 people. The lineup is mainly made up of top Japanese artists, and only Korean artists such as CNBLUE
" and "ENHYPEN" have appeared. "ILLIT" released their first original song in Japan, "Almond
Chocolate" also received a positive response. It was produced as the theme song for the Japanese movie "Faces Only Don't Like Me"
The song, which was released in 2016, has become viral and has become a hit again, even two months after its release. "ILLIT" will be held at Yokohama Pia Arena on August 10-11, and at Osaka Pia Arena on September 3-4.
They will hold their first fan concert, "2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN JAPAN," at Shiro Hall.
