Although they tried to contact the animal protection center, it was too early in the morning to get through. In the end, Ms. A rescued the puppy herself. She slowly turned the clothing collection box to its side and took the bag out of the clothes.
When he took out the bag and opened it, he found three puppies inside. One of the puppies, whose eyes had not yet opened, was already dead and motionless.

Those who commit acts of animal cruelty, such as injuring animals or inducing illness, will be punished with imprisonment of up to two years or a fine of up to 20 million won (approximately 20,000,000 yen).
A fine of up to 10 million yen will be imposed.
