ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo's VR concert, first tickets on sale today (30th)

The first tickets for ASTRO Cha Eun-Woo's first VR concert “CHA EUN-WOO VR CONCERT: MEMORIES” will go on sale.

Tickets for Cha Eun-Woo's first VR concert will go on sale at 9 a.m. on the 30th at CGV, and advance sales for the first round of tickets, which will be held solely at CGV, will be available until the July 1st screening. Those who book during this period will receive one of two photo cards at random, some of which will be offered as hologram special photo cards in limited quantities. One of two official posters will also be presented on a first-come, first-served basis. The visuals of the photo cards and posters can be viewed in advance on the CGV pre-sale page, raising fans' expectations.

The “CHA EUN-WOO VR CONCERT: MEMORIES” is an interactive content that changes the storyline and ending by selecting memorable items, places, and photos from the audience. It is a new form of romance fantasy that allows viewers to vividly experience Cha Eun-Woo's stage and emotions. AMAZE's proprietary technologies such as 12K ultra high-definition live-action shooting, AI-based video processing, and Unreal Engine-based VFX technology have been integrated to maximize the live-action expression.

The sub-poster, which was released at the same time as the start of ticket pre-sales, incorporates Cha Eun-Woo greeting the audience with a bright smile amidst flowers in full bloom under the warm spring light. The phrase “I leave it to your choice, our ending” is placed throughout, hinting at the concept of this concert, where the story is completed according to the audience's choice.

In the ID video released on the 28th, Cha Eun-Woo introduced the worldview of the concert by saying, "I will make eye contact with Aloha one by one, and we will create a story that is only for both of us, me and Aloha, depending on Aloha's choice." In the video, Cha Eun-Woo offered his hand to the audience and suggested the process of choice, presenting an immersive experience of this project that made the audience experience emotions like a drama.

Cha Eun-Woo, who debuted as part of the group ASTRO in 2016, has been recognized for his acting skills in a variety of genres, including the dramas 'Island' and 'Wonderful World', solidifying his foothold as an all-around artist who has succeeded in both music and acting. This VR concert is expected to be another milestone for him to leap onto the global stage as an artist.

"Cha Eun-Woo VR CONCERT: MEMORIES" will be screened in 10 regions and 22 cities including Korea, the United States, Japan, Mexico, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia. This indicates that Cha Eun-Woo has positioned himself as a global world star both in name and reality, and that AMAZE is further expanding its international distribution network for K-POP VR content.

Meanwhile, “CHA EUN-WOO VR CONCERT: MEMORIES” will begin its primary pre-sale on May 30th, and will be shown at CGV Yongsan Aipark Mall and CGV Yeonnam in Korea on June 18th.
