MONSTA X's Minhyuk to be the new MC for WEEKLY IDOL

'MONSTA X' Minyuk will start as the new MC of 'Weekly Idol'.

According to his agency, Starship Entertainment, Minhyuk will appear as the MC of MBCevery1's 'Weekly Idol', which will start airing today (June 6th) after a change of clothes.

Minhyuk said through his agency, "I am happy to be the MC of the newly returned 'Weekly Idol. I am nervous about being an MC for the first time in a long time, but I am more excited to show you my various appearances.“ He added, ”Please look forward to the chemistry with Hyunjoon, who will be the co-host of the show."

Minhyuk, who celebrated the 10th anniversary of his 'MONSTA X' debut this year, has been active in various fields including broadcasting, radio, and his own contents since his debut, showing his special sense of variety. In particular, he has served as the MC of a music program and the sole host of a radio show, showing his skillful facilitation and his own talk. Recently, he participated as a special trainer and MC in Starship's 'Debut's Plan', a major project that included the debut process of an upcoming group, once again proving his abilities.
