Gallup Korea conducted a survey of 1,003 voters aged 18 and over nationwide on the 4th and 5th.
According to the results of a survey (with a 95% confidence level and a sampling error of ±3.1 percentage points), of the 420 people who voted for President Lee Jae-myung, 27% cited "the end of martial law and the civil war" as the reason for their election.

The most popular answer was "morality and integrity" (33%), followed by "because I dislike Lee Jae-myung" (30%) and "trustworthy, trustworthy and honest" (28%), all of which received double-digit votes.

In addition, those who did not choose Kim Moon-soo (500 people) chose "Protects martial law and supports civil unrest" (30%).
This was the biggest reason given, followed by "I don't like the People's Power" (19%), "Lack of trust/lies" and "I don't like the candidate" (all 4%).
Regarding the survey results, Gallup Korea said, "President Lee Jae-myung was asked about his personal history, and former candidate Kim Moon-soo was asked about his political party affiliation.
Among those who revealed their candidate, 100% answered "yes" to the question, "Did you vote because you thought the candidate you chose would win?"
"Yes," was the answer given by 63%. "No," was given by 32%, and "I don't know," was given by 4%. In particular, the overwhelming majority, at 90%, voted because they thought President Lee Jae Myung would win.
On the other hand, only 45% of respondents said they voted because they thought Kim Moon-soo, the former candidate, would win. As for when they decided on their candidate, 67% said they did so "within one month of the voting date," accounting for more than half.
19% said they would vote "within a week of the date" and 13% said they would "2-3 weeks before." The percentage of people who decided on the day of the vote or at the polling station was 6%.

In particular, 80% of voters for President Lee Jae-Myung cited the TV debates as their main reference. By age group, 57% of those aged 18-29 cited the TV debates as their main reference.
