The trip will be held if eight or more staff members from three different departments gather, and the company will support each person with 1.5 million won (approximately 160,000 yen). During the trip, employees will take photos, create content, etc.
The results will be announced in July. The company also holds a "Miruri Town Meeting" on the second Wednesday of every month to share company events and their results.
In addition, on Wednesdays during 1week's, employees from different departments gather to discuss the company's services over a meal at the "Miruri Together" event.
On Wednesdays of the week, they will hold "Miruri Refresh Days" to support employees in taking paid leave. A company official said, "For employees to continue working long-term, rest is essential. The purpose is to replenish sustainable vitality.
