Regarding the size of the special prosecutors, the Insurrection Special Prosecutor Act will allow for up to 267 investigators, the Kim Gun Hee Special Prosecutor Act will allow for up to 205 investigators, and the Martyred Marines Special Prosecutor Act will allow for up to 105 investigators.
The investigation period for the Special Prosecution Act for Fallen Marines can be up to 140 days, while the other two special prosecution bills can be up to 170 days. The main points of each special prosecution bill are as follows.

The Special Prosecutor's Act on Marine Choi aims to clarify suspicions of external pressure and cover-up in the investigation into the death of Marine Corps Sergeant Choi in the line of duty.
If these bills are enacted, the process for appointing a special prosecutor will begin immediately.
The Speaker of the National Assembly will ask the president to appoint an independent prosecutor within two days, and the president will ask the National Assembly to recommend a candidate within three days.
Also at the Cabinet meeting on the same day, a bill to amend the Prosecutor Disciplinary Act was promulgated, and the Lee administration
The bill indicates the direction of judicial reform. The core of the bill is that the power to request disciplinary action against prosecutors, currently only granted to the Prosecutor General, will be extended to the Minister of Justice.
Meanwhile, President Lee held the first summit telephone conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping for about 30 minutes from 11:30 a.m. on the same day.
