On the 11th, Hong Jun-pyo, the former mayor of Daegu, said to the opposition People Power Party, "The Lee Jae-myung administration will soon begin the process of dissolving the political party.
"Everyone, prepare to plan your own path in life," he said. On the same day, former Mayor Hong said through Feibook, "What I've said is a fact, and we should deal with this."
"It's a warning, but there are fools who take it as a criticism of themselves," he wrote. Former Mayor Hong said, "I am in favor of the 40th impeachment of President Yoon Seok-yeol (then)."
"They had already warned of impeachment before," he said, "but no one listened, and even then the People Power members didn't know what it meant."
He added, "This is what ignorance means." Former Mayor Hong will decide on his presidential candidate in April.
He lost the People Power Party primary and immediately announced his retirement from politics. He currently resides in Hawaii.
