SEC Delays Approval of DoZico in Hedera Avalanche ETF

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has postponed its approval decisions for Dozicoin (DOGE), Hedera (HBAR), and Avalanche (AVAX) exchange-traded index funds (ETFs).
On the 12th (local time), The Block reported that the SEC had filed suit against asset management company Bitwise's DoZicoin ETF, Grayscale's Hedera ETF, and VanEck's Avalanche.
The SEC also recently asked companies that have filed for a Solana (SOL)-based ETF to resubmit their S-1 filings.
The proposal calls for the submission of a proposal to clarify how staking (the deposit of virtual assets) in ETFs will be managed.
