BTS' SUGA completes his social service on the 18th... military hiatus also comes to an end

SUGA (BTS) finished his social service duty on the 18th.

According to the music industry on the 19th, SUGA completed his duties as a social service worker on the 18th, using up all his remaining annual leave. However, while SUGA has officially completed his service, his discharge date remains the same as the previously announced 21st.

SUGA first reported for duty at his assigned social service agency on September 22nd, 2023.

Following JIN's discharge from active duty in June last year, J-HOPE in October, RM and V on the 10th of this month, and JIMIN and JUNG KOOK on the 11th, SUGA's completion of his social service duty marks the end of BTS's military hiatus. On the 13th, members were spotted attending J-HOPE's solo concert, heightening anticipation for the group's reunion.

Meanwhile, BTS celebrated their 12th anniversary on the 13th and held an offline event for the '2025 BTS Festa' at the KINTEX in Ilsan West District, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province.
