SEVENTEEN's DINO buys luxury apartment in Seongsu-dong, Seoul for about 900 million yen... G-DRAGON and actor Kim Soo-hyeon also live there

According to the real estate industry on the 25th (today), DINO rented a 195 square meter unit in the apartment in Seongsu-dong, Seoul in February of this year.
The family purchased the home for 9 billion won (US$8.5 million) and completed the ownership transfer procedures earlier this month, setting a new record for the highest price ever for that area.
The registry also showed that the mortgage on the property was set at 6.16 billion won (approximately 616 million yen).
Considering that the loan amount was 110-120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that DINO received a loan of up to 5.6 billion won (approximately 560 million yen).
This apartment complex is a super high-end residential and commercial complex that represents Seongsu-dong and was completed in 2011. Together with the neighboring apartments, it is bringing Seongsu-dong to a new height.
