佐藤健&小芝風花、「韓国版の人気に負担を感じる」… 日本版「私の夫と結婚して」制作発表会に参加
Takeru Sato and Fuka Koshiba ”Feeling burdened by the popularity of the Korean version”... Participating in the production presentation of the Japanese version of ”Marry My Husband”
Actors Takeru Sato and Fuka Koshiba revealed that they feel burdened by the popularity of the Korean version of “Marry My Husband.”

On the afternoon of the 26th, a production launch event for the Japanese version of “Marry My Husband” was held at the Ramada Hotel in Seoul's Guro District.

On that day, Fuka Koshiba spoke about her role in the Japanese version of “Marry My Husband,” which has gained significant popularity in Korea, stating, “It would be a lie to say there was no pressure,” and admitted, “The pressure was immense.”

She continued, "The Korean version was also very popular and had many fans. This is a work produced by the Korean production team featuring Japanese actors, and the latter half of the drama includes original Japanese storylines. I was confident that even fans who had already watched the Korean version would enjoy it."

Satoh Ken said, “I feel a very heavy burden, but I am grateful that I can bear it.”

He continued, "I also enjoyed watching the Korean version, but after watching the first two episodes, I thought that good things are worth watching multiple times. The actors' performances gradually changed, and I could feel the emotions shifting even when the same events occurred. From the latter half onward, the Japanese version's original story unfolds. I believe viewers will find it enjoyable as well."

The Japanese version of “Marry My Husband,” which will premiere on Amazon Prime at midnight on June 27th, is not a remake of the Korean drama but a Japanese adaptation based on the original web novel by NAVER. CJ ENM and Studio Dragon, South Korea's largest drama production company, handled the planning, while JAYURO PICTURE and Shochiku Studios were responsible for production. This global project brings together K-production staff, Japanese actors, and local Japanese staff. Popular Japanese actors Sato Takeru and Koshiba Fuka star in the series, adding to the anticipation.
