The main teaser for the movie "My Daughter Has Become a Zombie (Zombie Daughter)" has been released. The movie is about a father's struggle to turn his daughter back into a human in order to protect her from the zombie virus.
In the teaser, a daughter, Soo-ah (played by Choi Yuri), and her father, Jung-hwan (played by Jung-hwan), infected with the zombie virus, are seen in the middle of a broadcast that asks people to "avoid any contact with infected people."
Jung-hwan (played by Cho Jung-Seok) flees to his mother's house in the countryside to protect his daughter who has been infected with the zombie virus.
Jeong-hwan's friend Dong-bae (Yoon Kyung Ho) is surprised and says, "Su-a has changed a little," to which Jeong-hwan's mother Bam-soon (Lee Jung-eun) replies, "She's in puberty, so she's changed a lot."
"I got it," he jokes, drawing laughter. With the support of his mother and friends, Jung-hwan begins training Su-ah. Su-ah's father notices that she remembers the dance she practiced with her father before she was infected.
His grandmother does not give up hope, continuing various training such as memory exercises and eye contact. However, Yong Hwa (Cho Yeo Jung), Jung Hwan's first love, who hates zombies,
The tension rises when the man who played the role of the infected Soo-ah says, "That's not your daughter," and the situation is pushed into a crisis where the presence of the infected Soo-ah is revealed to the outside world. "Even if the whole world turns its back on you, Dad won't give up,"
Along with this copy, a scene is shown in Sua's imagination of her cheerfully asking, "Dad, can you wait a little longer?" and Jung Hwan holding back tears and replying, "I'll wait," creating a touching teaser.
"My Daughter Became a Zombie," which has been raising expectations with its main teaser, will be released in theaters in Korea on July 30th.
