JIN's ”Don't Say You Love Me” tops Spotify in Japan for 30 consecutive days, setting a new record as a K-pop male solo artist
BTS' JIN is rewriting K-pop history with "Don't Say You Love Me."
JIN's second solo mini album "Echo" was released on May 16th, and the title song "Don't Say You
"Love Me" reached number one (as of June 25th) on the Top Songs Japan Chart of Spotify, the world's largest music platform, which was announced on June 26th.
JIN has topped the chart for 30 consecutive days, proving his overwhelming popularity.
"Don't Say Me" reached No. 6 on Spotify Global on that day.
The 30 consecutive days of "You Love Me" at No. 1 is the longest record for a K-pop male solo artist to hold the No. 1 spot on the Japanese Spotify charts.
It is also the longest-running POP solo song, and the second longest among all K-POP solo artists, after ROSE & Bruno Mars' "APT."
JIN is also the only K-POP solo artist in the history of Japanese Spotify to have more than two number one songs.

"Me" reached No. 1 on the Spotify Global Chart (as of May 25th), making it the first song by an Asian artist to reach No. 1 on the Spotify Global Chart in 2025.

It is one of four songs by an "Asian Artist" to reach number one, and one of three songs by an "Asian Solo Artist" to reach number one.
JIN's solo album "Echo" surpassed 300 million streams on Spotify as of the 26th, proving his overwhelming popularity.
JIN's two solo albums, "HAPPY" and "Echo," have both recorded over 300 million streams, making history.
With a wide range of vocal diversity to boot, Echo features four of the seven tracks.
JIN, who personally participated in writing the lyrics for the concert and demonstrated his musical talent, will tour Korea on June 28th, followed by Chiba and Osaka in Japan, Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, Newark in the US, and Tokyo in the UK.
