Seven injured in hit-and-run accident in the middle of the night... Man in his 30s arrested for suspected drunk driving = Busan, South Korea

In Busan, South Korea, a car suspected to have been drunk driving fled the scene of a rear-end collision, but then rear-ended another vehicle, injuring seven people.
On the 28th, the Busan Gangseo Police Station announced that a suspect in his 30s, A, was arrested on suspicion of flight resulting in injury under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
According to the police, the suspect, A, was driving his sports equipment at an intersection in Songjeong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, at around 11:30 pm the previous day.
While driving an SUV, he rear-ended a car ahead of him and fled the scene. In the process, he rear-ended two cars in succession, crossed the center line and collided head-on with an oncoming taxi.
The car stopped after the accident. The place where the car stopped is 2 kilometers away from the site of the initial accident. A total of seven people were slightly injured in the accident, but fortunately no one was seriously injured.
A police source said, "Because suspect A is suspected of drunk driving, we have taken a blood sample and applied for a seizure warrant."
Police are currently investigating the exact cause of the accident using evidence from the car's dashcam.
