Special prosecutor for civil unrest: ”Prohibition on departure of former Prime Minister Han Deok-soo maintained...Former chief of staff of the presidential office to be investigated” = South Korea

The Special Investigative Team for Civil Unrest, which is investigating the civil unrest and foreign exchange cases related to the emergency martial law on December 3 last year, maintained the departure ban on former Prime Minister Han Deok-soo on the 2nd.
The ministry is also investigating Kim Jung-Hwan, former chief of staff to the president, who handed over the list of names that convened the Cabinet meeting for former Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Choi Sang-mok under the orders of former President Yoon Seok-yeol.
The special investigation team for civil unrest told Prime Minister Han on the same day, "Through the special investigation team's separate departure ban, we are maintaining the ban on departure that was put in place at the police investigation stage."

Special prosecutor Park also said, "We are currently investigating former director Kim." Former director Kim was accused of being abusive to former President Yoon Seok-yeol's request to convene additional State Council members on the day of the state of emergency.
Following the instructions of the governor, I handed the list of names, which read 'Choi Sang-mok, Song Mi-ryong, Cho Gyu-hong, Oh Young Ji-yu, Park Sang-woo, and Ahn Deok-geun' to Kang Ui-gu.
The document was reportedly handed over to the head of the presidential office.
