South Korea: Man in his 50s found not guilty after offering to give money to minor to drink with him

A man in his 50s who offered to give money to a junior high school girl to go drinking with him appeared in court on charges of attempted enticing a minor, but was found not guilty.
According to the legal community, on the 19th, the Chuncheon District Court indicted suspect A on charges of attempted enticing a minor.

The suspect A was reported to a nearby police station. The Chuncheon District Court found that the fact that the suspect A had offered to give money to B and his group to drink alcohol was acceptable.
