The group debuted with the song "Tomorrow". The group name comes from "ASCENT", which means "rising".
The song expresses their wish to "take a high leap in their second life." Immediately after their debut, they began to actively work in Japan, holding release events and fan concerts in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka.

We had a special interview with them about their upcoming Asia tour, their progress over the past year, and the changes that have taken place within the group. Q. In May, you celebrated your first anniversary since your debut. Looking back on the past year,
Please tell us a particularly memorable moment. JAY: I remember all the moments we created together with our fans as precious memories.
From the moment you sent me your encouragement when I finished, to the moment you have continued to support me to this day, the times we have laughed and cried together are the ones I remember most.
KYLE: Everything was something I had never experienced before and had always dreamed of, so every moment was memorable and precious to me.
I think the most memorable time was during the showcase. Q. After spending a year together with the other members, have you discovered any new or surprising aspects of them?
KARAM: Rather than being surprising, after spending a year with the members, I felt like, "Ah, that's why we're a team."
Even on days off, we all hung out together and ate meals together, and I think there were many moments we were grateful for. By doing various things together, such as exercise, we were able to build strong teamwork.
REON: When I first saw KYLE, he seemed really cold and quiet, but now he's really cute, and JAY hyung is a quiet but funny guy.
My brother is always bragging about his family (laughs). Q. What is the most important theme or message for you throughout this 1st Asia tour?
KARAM: The most important message for this Asia tour is "a new beginning." New members have joined the team, and we have new energy.
This is the first Asian tour for ASC2NT, and it's a really special performance for us. It's also an opportunity for us to show our performance in various countries, so we're looking forward to seeing the current "A
Q. As you tour around Asia, what are your expectations for the Tokyo and Osaka shows in particular?
What are you looking forward to? JAY: We've performed in Japan a lot, but this is our first time touring Asia, so we're looking forward to hearing about our new songs and what we haven't done yet.
There will also be cover performances that have never been shown before, so I hope you will look forward to them. Q. How do you stay refreshed and energized while traveling or staying at your accommodation during the live event period?
REON: I try to sleep as much as possible. When I'm traveling, I use a neck pillow and eye mask to get some shut-eye.
I drink a lot of water and energy drinks to stay in shape. KYLE: I exercise with the members, look for tasty food to eat, and do various activities.
