The 2020 Women's Golf Championship is the world's only women's golf international team tournament, hosted by the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and sponsored by LIFEPLUS, a joint brand of Hanwha's financial affiliates.
The 32 players from eight teams participating in the 5 Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown have secured their final qualification and are now ready to begin full-scale preparations for the tournament.
Hanwha Lifeplus will be held at New Korea CC in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province from October 23rd to 26th.
The International Crown is the only official international team tournament held in Korea for the first time in seven years since 2018.
This special tournament brings together the world's top female professional golfers to compete in team match play, and is attracting the anticipation of many golf fans.
The tournament will feature Miyu Yamashita, who won the AIG Women's Open, the final major tournament of the LPGA Tour season, held in the UK on August 4th.

The countries that were confirmed to participate in the tournament were determined by adding up the rankings of the top four participating athletes, with the United States (42 points), Japan (50 points), South Korea (56 points), and Australia (50 points).
The seeds will be allocated in the following order: Australia (81 points), Thailand (96 points), Sweden (126 points), World Team (150 points), and China (285 points).
Charlie Hull (UK), who placed second in the AIG Women's Open, a golf tournament, has risen to 10th in the world rankings and secured her eligibility to participate as a member of the World Team, making her the center of attention.
Han Ji-Yeon, a director of the LPGA who is in charge of the overall management of the tournament, said, "The Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown brings together the world's top female professional golfers.
"This is a one-of-a-kind tournament where players come together to play team match play. We will do our best to prepare for the tournament so that the players can perform at their best."
