When a child was nearly hit by a truck and showed abnormal neurological reactions, the child's mother filed a lawsuit against the delivery driver and the management company, claiming that "even though the child wasn't actually hit, the result would have been the same."
First, Seok Hoon and HYOMIN received medical advice and were told that even if they believed they had been hit by a car, physical symptoms could appear.
HYOMIN, who was reconfirming the situation at the time, obtained an eyewitness account that said, "The mother's violent reaction made everyone think the child had died," and the lawsuit team stated that the mother's excessive reaction had an impact on the child's condition.
