The scene depicts her saying goodbye to Seok-cheol (Lee Dong-woo) and leaving behind the happy moments of the past, creating a sense of sadness.
After the trip, Seok-cheol and Mi-yeon returned to their daily lives.
Although the memories of the turnip trip added a little excitement to their daily lives, Seok-cheol submitted his resignation from Myungsan Industrial and resolved to pursue a new path.
However, the threat to him still remained. Tae Hoon (Park Hoon) was a member of the Samjung Construction organization.
Tae-hoon was unable to make a decision easily, remembering how Seok-cheol had supported him in the past, but he eventually met Seok-cheol over dinner and decided to confront him.
The conversation flowed awkwardly. After he turned away, Tae-hoon's expression hardened and he ordered the attack on Myungsan Industrial. That night, a truck crashed into the car Seok-cheol was riding in.
After the accident, Seok-cheol was convinced that Tae-hoon was behind it. As the conflict between the two was about to explode, Tae-hoon approached Mi-yeon, citing his sick family as an excuse. Mi-yeon did not accept him.
However, her heart begins to waver when she sees him helping his mother. Meanwhile, Mi-yeon hears about Seok-cheol's accident and finds out that it was a deliberate accident, and she confronts Tae-hoon.
Ng admitted that he was the one who did it and urged her to break up with Seok-cheol. The fact that Seok-cheol, who had always been so devoted to her, could be in danger tormented Mi-yeon.
Unable to respond to their messages, Mi-yeon confessed her anguish only to her mother in her hospital room. When Seok-cheol rushed over as soon as she was able to contact him, Mi-yeon finally declared that she wanted to break up.
