[Official] ”Marry My Husband” star Song Ha-yoon's side: ”We will fully cover the entry expenses of those who expose school violence... We will clarify the facts”
Actor Song Ha-yoon has announced that he will cover all of the entry expenses for his classmate A, who claims to have been a victim of school violence (bullying).

Song Ha-yoon's legal representative, the law firm “Ji-um (Knowing Heart),” stated on the 23rd to Edaily, “We plan to cover all expenses, including airfare, hotel fees, and transportation costs, to ensure that A can enter the country quickly and undergo an investigation.”

Song Ha-yoon's side explained, “We have already communicated our position to support A's entry expenses,” and added, “We will verify and clarify the facts regarding the claims raised by A one by one.”

On the 21st, A posted a lengthy comment on an online community, announcing their intention to sue Song Ha-yoon and her legal representative. A also stated, “I plan to enter South Korea to resolve the matter and will cooperate sincerely with any police investigations moving forward.”

A explained, “Despite no official response from Song Ha-yoon's side for 12 months, they filed a criminal complaint in March 2025. In May, the investigative authorities decided to ‘suspend the investigation’ and ‘drop the suspect designation,’ but in July 2025, they suddenly designated me as a ‘suspect’ and ‘accused,’ and on July 22nd, they filed an additional complaint accusing me of false accusation.”

Additionally, A claimed that there is a document regarding Song Ha-yoon's forced transfer during high school, but it was withheld from the public on the grounds of personal information protection. A stated, “The document exists, so it was not withheld due to the absence of the document, but rather withheld on the grounds of personal information protection. This is clear, objective, and direct evidence proving that Song Ha-yoon's complaint was based on false facts.”

Prior to this, A had provided information through JTBC's “Incident Chief” in April 2024, stating that he had been subjected to school violence by Song Ha-yoon 20 years ago. At the time, Song Ha-yoon refuted the claims through her agency, stating that the content was not entirely factual.

Amid the school violence issue, while Song Ha-yoon temporarily suspended her entertainment activities, her legal representatives revealed in July that they had filed a criminal complaint against A, stating that Song Ha-yoon had never committed school violence in the past and that they had been collecting evidence to prove the falsity of A's claims, resulting in the collection of numerous pieces of evidence.

Meanwhile, A has announced plans to release a fourth statement on the 25th.
