”Explosives planted at Seoul City Hall”... Another threatening fax from a Japanese lawyer - South Korea

It has been reported that a threatening letter has been sent again from someone claiming to be a Japanese lawyer, claiming to have placed explosives at Seoul City Hall and an elementary school in Seoul.
The Seoul Central Police Station received a report from a central elementary school at around 8:30 a.m. on the 25th, saying, "Seoul City Hall and the Seoul District
The company revealed that it had received a fax stating that an explosive had been planted at an elementary school. The fax was sent by a Japanese lawyer named "Takahiro Karasawa."
The posters are written in both Japanese and English. Police have stepped up policing around Seoul City Hall and elementary schools. Since August 2023, threats using the name of a Japanese lawyer have been repeated.
In response to threats aimed at Lee Jae-myung, then leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, in 2023, an explosive device was planted at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 10th of this month.
The number of threats from this lawyer totals approximately 50, including one that said he had threatened to sue the lawyer.
