The second court, like the first, ruled that Park Yuchun engaged in entertainment activities through Company A without the prior consent of Loudfan Together, which resulted in an exclusive contract and a provisional injunction.
During the appeal process, Risiello filed a counterclaim, demanding unpaid settlement money related to overseas activities.
Therefore, Have Fun Together calculated the unpaid amount by item and ordered Risiero to pay a total of 497.93 million won.
Have Fun Together was established in 2020 by Park Yuchun's former management office, Risiello, and will continue to operate until 2024.
