China's highway NEV charging capacity exceeds 120 million kilowatt-hours during the holiday period - Chinese media

According to the National Energy Administration, during the National Day and mid-autumn festival holiday period (October 1st to 8th), new energy vehicles (NEVs) were charged a total of 5,169,000 times on highways nationwide, with the amount of charging reaching 1,000,000.
The average daily charging volume reached 122,873,200 kWh. The average daily charging volume was 15,359,100 kWh, a 45.73% increase over the previous year's National Day holiday, setting a new record.
According to State Grid, China's state-run electricity distribution company, the top five expressways in terms of charging volume during the same period were the Chang-Shenzhen Expressway, Shen-Hai Expressway, Da-Guang Expressway, Beijing-Kunming Expressway, and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway.
It exceeded 280,000 kilowatt-hours.
