”SHINHWA” Lee Min Woo can't become a family with his fiance's 6-year-old daughter? ... The reality he faced after living together (Men Who Do Housework 2)
Lee Min Woo, who had been dreaming of a rosy future, faces the harsh reality.

Today's (11th) episode of KBS2TV's 'Men Who Do Housework Season 2, broadcast in Korea, reveals Lee Min Woo's 'three-generation cohabitation life' with his parents, fiancée, and six-year-old daughter.

This episode fully depicts the daily life of the Lee Min Woo household, now a large family of seven living under one roof following the arrival of his fiancée and daughter from Japan. Lee Min Woo fully displays his affectionate fatherly charm, attentively helping his daughter brush her teeth and tying her hair. The house is now filled with new items for his six-year-old daughter, from adorable tableware sets to a step stool, showcasing a completely transformed family atmosphere.

Lee Min Woo's mother also expresses affection in previously unseen ways, such as addressing her husband as "you", making the changed family dynamic palpable. Witnessing this, MC Eun Ji-won, when the topic turned to nicknames for fiancées, quipped, "When she's in a good mood, she calls him 'you'; when she's in a bad mood, it's 'that person'," sending the studio into fits of laughter with her witty remark.

However, the happiness is short-lived. At the residents' centre, where Lee Min-woo has come to help his fiancée with her Korean residency, he hears an unexpected, shocking truth that leaves him frozen on the spot. To become legally family with his fiancée's six-year-old daughter, he must undergo the mandatory 'adoption' procedure.

Faced with this sudden reality, Lee Min Woo was lost for words. Ultimately, the couple decided to consult a specialist lawyer in family law procedures. During the consultation, the lawyer explained, "Without adoption, you are not legally family," causing both their expressions to stiffen. The process revealed far more complex procedures and unexpected variables than imagined, confronting them with the stark reality of the adoption barrier.

Particularly during the consultation, when the topic turned to the biological father and her ex-husband, Lee Min Woo's fiancée, holding back tears, confessed what she had kept hidden: "I thought it was all over..."
