Stray Kids held ‘dominATE:celebrATE’ at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium over two days, the 18th and 19th. This served as the encore performance for their largest-scale world tour to date, ‘dominATE’, which spanned 54 shows across 34 regions worldwide over approximately one year since last August. They delivered a rich, celebratory ceremony spanning nearly four hours, performing over 30 songs that encapsulated their career to date – from their debut track ‘District9’ to their latest release ‘CEREMONY’.
On the second day, the 19th, Stray Kids opened their stage with three songs: ‘MOUNTAINS’, ‘SOLIKUN’, and ‘JJAM’, before greeting their fans.
They stated, "Thanks to Stay's love and support, we've been able to tour the world, circling the globe seven times," adding, "True to a tour of historic scale, the encore performance is also grand. Thank you for making it possible for us to play at such a large venue as Incheon Asiad Main Stadium."
Having warmed up the crowd, Stray Kids continued the concert with powerful hip-hop tracks including 'District 9', 'Back Door', 'BLEEP', 'DOMINO', and 'Chk Chk Boom', elevating the venue's atmosphere.
It was particularly impressive that all members handled both rapping and vocals with handheld microphones, showcasing their unwavering live prowess. They truly embody the 'performance-oriented idol group' concept, conquering massive concert venues worldwide like 'dojo breakers'.
The protruding stage, designed to resemble teeth in line with the tour name combining 'dominate' (meaning to control) and 'ATE' (meaning to bite), added to the enjoyment of witnessing Stray Kids' uniquely energetic stage presence.
During the subsequent unit stages, Han and Felix delivered a powerful rap performance of ‘Truman’, while Changbin and I.N showcased their free-spirited charm with the cool, fast-paced track ‘Burnin Tires’.
Bang Chan and Hyunjin passionately performed ‘ESCAPE’, creating a captivating scene, while Renho and Seungmin delivered ‘CINEMA’ with their sweet voices. This marked their first time performing unit stages at a domestic solo concert, making each moment feel especially intimate for the fans.
Reappearing as the "complete group", they performed stages for ‘Walking On Water’, ‘God's Menu’ and ‘S-Class’. They appeared wearing costumes reinterpreting hanbok, adding a sense of specialness and enjoyment. The use of props incorporating traditional elements like lion masks and horse plaques to maximise the charm of the letter "K" was also noteworthy.
After the interval, a drone show created a spectacular display over Incheon, spelling out the group's official slogan: "STRAY KIDS EVERYWHERE ALL AROUND THE WORLD YOU MAKE STRAY KIDS STAY". This conveyed the meaning that "Stray Kids" has a profound impact on fans everywhere in the world, and that fans protect the members.
The members expressed, "From stadium concerts to drone shows, it's unbelievable," adding, "We once again thank all our Stay fans who love and support us wholeheartedly," and resolved, "We will continue to give our all."
Unlike the first half, the latter part of the concert featured a diverse array of songs, including 'CEREMONY', 'Half Time', 'Lonely St.', 'Cover Me', 'In My Head', 'TOPLINE', 'Social Path', 'MegAVERSE', and 'MANIAC'. When singing the sweet ballad track 'Cover Me', the members paused briefly to express their gratitude, saying, "We thank Stay, who are like the moon giving light," moving fans who had travelled from all corners of the globe.
The concert's finale featured tracks including ‘SUPER BOARD’, ‘I Like It’, ‘My Pace’, ‘BLIND SPOT’ and ‘Stray Kids’. For ‘Stray Kids’, the members rode a moving vehicle around the stadium track, basking in the fans' joy up close. They performed encore songs like ‘Star Lost’ and ‘HAVEN’, descending to the front of the stage to greet fans and keep the venue buzzing until the very end.
Meanwhile, after completing all stages that same day, Stray Kids surprised fans by unveiling a trailer video announcing their new album release via the screen. According to this, they will release their new album on 21st November.
