Lee Dong Wook of ”Killer's Shop 2” says, ”Season 2 will be bigger in scale and more action-packed”

"The pressure was great, but I hope it will be loved as much as Season 1," said actor Lee Dong-wook at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel Conference on the 13th (local time).
At the "Disney+ Original Preview 2025" held at the Disney+ Center, he shared his thoughts ahead of the release of "House of Killers" season 2.
"Killer's Shop" has been so popular that it has been produced for a second season, and is the only Asian show to be named "The New York Times Best TV Show of 2024"
It was also selected as one of the "Top 4 Korean TV Series of the Year for 2024" by Time magazine.
"Killer's Shop 2" will feature the cast members of Season 1, including Lee Dong Wook, Kim Hye Jun, Jo Han Sun, Geum Hyena, Lee Tae Yeon, and Kim
Min will appear, and Hyunri, Masaki Okada, and Jung Yunha have joined the cast. The story will tell a hidden story that was not revealed in Season 1.
On this day, director Lee Kwon said, "I knew it would be a success, but I didn't think it would be this successful."
Lee Dong Wook also shared his thoughts on the production of Season 2, saying, "I'm grateful and happy that it's been such a success so far and that a second season is being produced."
Lee Dong Wook, who made a strong impression as Jung Jin Man, said about the highlights of Season 2, "Jung
"You can expect the mystery of Jinman to continue through season 2. The action will likely be on a larger scale than in season 1, and even more exciting," he hinted.
When asked if she felt any pressure, Kim Hye Jun replied, "There were parts that were not explained in Season 1 that bothered me.
While I'm happy that there will be a second season, I also feel pressured to see how JeeAn will grow.
Lee Dong Wook said, "The pressure was great. Season 1 received a lot of love, so I wanted Season 2 to receive the same amount of love."
Disney+ announced through the event that it will be releasing a wide range of global entertainment content, including APAC (Asia Pacific) originals, on Disney+.
The lineup was announced, including about 100 reporters from Korea, as well as the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, and more.
Approximately 400 reporters from 14 countries participated, including Korean and global stars.
