Lee Jae-hoon completely outmanoeuvred the 'used car villain' Yoon Si-yoon and his gang.
In episode 4 of SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Revenge Agent 3: Model Taxi' (rated 11.6%), broadcast on the 29th, Kim Do-gi (Lee Je-hoon) and the Mujige Heroes delivered a satisfyingly cathartic payback by returning the brutal acts committed by 'Noblesse' – a hotbed of used car crime – and its representative Cha Byung-jin (Yoon Si-yoon).
The Mujige Heroes were shocked to discover that the used car Dogi purchased from Byeong-jin's gang was a flood-damaged vehicle slated for scrapping. Noblesse had been buying flood-damaged cars without vehicle insurance, removing only visible damage before reselling them as used cars for hundreds of times the profit. Unwitting customers who bought these cars were essentially driving around with roadside time bombs. Byeong-jin's inhuman focus solely on financial calculations while watching flood disaster news sent shivers down the spine. In response, Dogi visited the scrapyard where Byeong-jin's gang conducted their deals, not only disciplining the scrapyard's president but also ensuring all the flood-damaged cars Byeong-jin had contracted were permanently deregistered, preventing them from entering the market.
Furthermore, Dogi embarked on a full-scale revenge operation under the guise of the sub-character, the kind-hearted yet dim-witted "Hog Dogi". To draw Byung-jin's gang's attention, Dogi travelled around used car dealerships, buying up numerous vehicles. Byung-jin's gang grew suspicious of Dogi's behaviour – paying 100% cash and even using a carrier truck to collect the cars – and began tailing him.
Byeong-jin's gang abducted Dogi and pressed him for his true intentions. Dogi lied, claiming a big shot was backing him, buying up the used cars, and that he was receiving a 10% commission on the purchase price. He further showed them a fake contract for 100 cars to gain Byeong-jin's trust. From Byung-jin's perspective, teaming up with Dogi meant he could easily sell off large quantities of flood-damaged vehicles destined for scrapping. Consequently, Byung-jin threw himself into securing a stockpile of flood-damaged cars to meet Dogi's demand.
In truth, this was a trap set by Mujige Heroes. Ko Eun (Pyo Ye-jin) deliberately leaked information to Byung-jin's group stating that "Mujige Transport suffered immense vehicle damage due to flooding." Blinded by greed and falling straight into the trap, Byung-jin resolved to take all of Mujige Transport's vehicles. The moment the sales contract was finalised, they turned the tables on Byung-jin, just as he had done to the victims, delivering a shock. CEO Jang slipped a fraudulent contract into the paperwork, demanding an additional 500 million won (approximately 50 million yen) from Byung-jin. Dong-gi then subdued Byung-jin's gang with his fists as they argued the contract was invalid.
Finally, the final showdown between Mujige Heroes and Byung-jin's gang unfolded. Byung-jin summoned the delinquents he'd lent supercars to, chasing after Do-gi. Do-gi's hero car and the delinquents' supercars engaged in a thrilling car chase on the road, sending dopamine surging. However, this too was part of Do-gi's plan to recover all the supercars. Having lured Byung-jin and the supercar gangsters into an underground car park, the Mujige Heroes blocked the exit. Dogi then delivered a thrilling bare-knuckle showdown, taking down the villains one by one and leaving the audience feeling thoroughly satisfied. Finally, Dogi declared, "You lot won't know what it's like riding a roadside time bomb until you experience it yourselves." He loaded Byung-jin's gang into a discarded flood-damaged vehicle, depicting their descent into the abyss via the very cars they had sold. This scene delivered a sharp, cathartic punch.
Amidst the explosive catharsis of delivering perfect retribution to these utterly despicable used car villains, a suspicious man appeared towards the drama's conclusion, heightening the tension. Inside a watch repair shop, the man clenched a sticker for Mujige Model Taxi, declaring "I'll kill you myself" as he displayed his rage, sparking curiosity about what might befall the Mujige Heroes next.
Meanwhile, SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Revenge Agent 3: Model Taxi' is a private revenge agency drama where the shrouded taxi company Mujige Transport and taxi driver Kim Do-gi complete revenge on behalf of aggrieved victims. It airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50pm.
