Stray Kids achieves 8th AAA title, global fans enthuse, ”8 is destiny”

Stray Kids have won a total of eight awards, including two grand prizes, at the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025 (hereafter AAA 2025). Global fans are ecstatic that the group has secured eight trophies, matching the number of members.

At the AAA 2025 held at the Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan on the 6th, Stray Kids won They achieved the remarkable feat of winning eight awards, including the Grand Prizes for 'Album of the Year' and 'Artist of the Year', alongside 'Best Artist', 'Best K-POP Record', 'Best Producer' (3RACHA), 'Best Choice' (Hyunjin), 'Popularity Award', and 'Grand Presence of K-POP' (Felix).

Global fans cheered, finding special meaning in the eight-member group receiving exactly eight trophies. One fan exclaimed, "8 IS FATE!!!", while another shared their excitement: "Eight members, eight awards – it seems to show all the effort and love they put into everything. They truly deserved it."

　Another fan offered a humorous take: "So cool. I'm genuinely happy they're being recognised. And since there are eight of them, they can compete amongst themselves over who gets which award. Nice." Passionate support poured in: "Two Grand Prizes, a total of eight awards, eight members of Stray Kids. This is your year, your century, everything is yours, My Stray Kids."

　Many fans expressed pride that Stray Kids had received just rewards for their long-accumulated efforts. One fan commented, "Congratulations to Stray Kids for finally having all their sacrifices and hard work recognised. As a STAY (fan name), I'm proud."

　Through their acceptance speech, Stray Kids stated, "Our first Grand Prize at a music awards ceremony was for 'AAA'. After several years, we are deeply grateful to be holding such a significant award once more." They added, "Receiving both the 'Best Producer Award' and 'Album of the Year' together holds even greater meaning for us as independent producers."

　They continued, "This past year, we've been running non-stop without a break, yet it seems good things keep happening one after another." They added, "To all our STAYs, we are truly grateful. We will pour even more dedication and passion into our work from now on."

　Stray Kids had previously won the 'Grand Prize for Performance of the Year' at the 2021 AAA, their first major award just three years after debut, securing the title of 'Grand Prize Artist' for the first time. By winning the Grand Prize again at this 10th-anniversary AAA, they have cemented their status as a global top group in both name and reality.

　At the awards ceremony, Stray Kids performed tracks from their albums that topped Billboard's main album chart, the Billboard 200, in 2024 and 2025: ‘SKZ HIPTAPE HOP’ and their fourth album ‘KARMA’. They performed ‘BLEEP’, ‘Walkin On Water’, ‘Bounce Back’, and ‘CEREMONY’, ‘Bounce Back’ and ‘CEREMONY’ from their fourth album ‘KARMA’.

　Stray Kids have completed their largest-scale world tour to date, ‘Stray Kids World Tour < dominATE >’, successfully staging 56 performances across 35 regions worldwide. They continue to make history, achieving unprecedented feats including seven consecutive and eight overall number-one positions on the Billboard 200 chart – a first in the chart's 70-year history.
