Yoona (SNSD) releases new single ”Wish to Wish” on the 19th... Responding to fans' love

Girls' Generation's Yoona conveys winter sensibilities with her single 'Wish to Wish'.

Yoona's single 'Wish to Wish', released at 6pm on 19th December, is a medium-tempo pop song reinterpreting the mood of 80s pop. It features a striking harmony between Yoona's soft, calm vocal tone and the light orchestral arrangement.

This song is particularly special as it is Yoona's way of responding to the immense love she received this year from viewers, audiences, and fans, and of meaningfully concluding the year. She participated directly in writing the lyrics, imbuing them with the sentiment "Let's shine together forever," lending the track even greater significance.

Yoona has consistently pursued her musical endeavours since 2016, beginning with ‘Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway (Feat. 10cm)’. This includes solo tracks such as ‘When The Wind Blows’, ‘To You’ and ‘Summer Night’, as well as directly performing OSTs for her own projects, including ‘As We Move’ for the film ‘The Devil Has Moved In’.

Furthermore, Yoona is scheduled to perform her new song ‘Wish to Wish’ for the first time on stage at the ‘Bon Appétit, Your Majesty YOONA DRAMA FANMEETING’ event, taking place on 20th December, the day after the track's release.
