This is season 2 of the hugely popular voice-based thriller "Voice," which depicts the fierce record of 112 call center personnel desperately defending golden time at crime scenes.
Under the slogan "3 minutes to dispatch, 5 minutes to arrive, 10 minutes to arrest! Defend the golden time," the 112 call center is on the scene of an emergency.
Gwon-ju (Lee HaNa) is relieved that the Samsu Station bombing incident, where the hostage situation took place, ends without any casualties, but she soon receives a shocking message. Her superior, Detective Jang (Lee Hae-young), has taken a group of hikers by car.
After arriving at the scene, Gwon-ju declares that "he's back," and that the real culprit is Kang-woo (Lee Ji-hoon) who killed Detective Na three years ago.
Using clues from the crime scene, Gwon-ju and Kang-woo each begin to pursue the suspect...
