BLACKPINK's Rosé nominated for two categories at the American Music Awards for ”APT.”

Rosé of the girl group BLACKPINK will be performing at the American Music Awards, a popular music awards ceremony in the United States, on the strength of the popularity of her global hit song "APT."
(hereinafter referred to as "AMA"), Rose was nominated in two categories. According to the "AMA" homepage on the 23rd (local time), Rose was nominated for "
APT. was nominated for “Collaboration of the Year” and “Favorite K-Pop Artist.”
Rosé is the only K-Pop artist to receive more than two nominations.
In addition to Rose, BTS's JIMIN and RM, and the group "Stray Kids" were in the "Artist" category.
Kids and ATEEZ were also nominated. The AMA nominations were based on streaming music, album sales, single sales, radio airplay, and tour revenue.
In 2021, BTS became the first K-pop artist to win the award, and the following year, the award was announced as the “Favourite” award, recognizing the influence and status of K-pop.
This year's AMAs will be held in Las Vegas, USA on June 26th (local time).
