The action movie "THE SHADOW'S" starring "China's top action star" Jackie Chan and "global idol" Jun from "SEVENTEEN"
"THE SHADOW'S EDGE" (English title) (original title: Catching the Wind Chasing Shadow) will be released in Korea in September. "THE SHADOW'S EDGE" is about a criminal organization that has broken through advanced surveillance networks and stolen billions of yen, and the people who are trying to stop it.
This action-packed crime blockbuster depicts the intense pursuit and action of a small, elite surveillance team. Jackie Chan plays the role of retired legendary tracking expert Hwang Da-jun.
He will once again impress audiences with his skillful and serious action performance. Hong Kong's leading actor Leon Kar Fei will play the role of Purunson, the head of a criminal organization who opposes him.
It will tease a hot showdown between Ki Chan and the group. In particular, Jun from the global K-pop group "SEVENTEEN" will appear as Leung Ka Fei's other son, Hupong, who will be playing the villain.
He is taking on the challenge of acting and is receiving high expectations from fans. Director Larry Yang, who is in charge of directing, has been working on a project where his debut work in 2016 was selected as the closing film of the 20th Busan International Film Festival.
This is the second time he has worked with Jackie Chan since "Ride On," and he is expected to deliver some sharp action scenes.
