In the midst of his busy schedule before the performance, he gave an interview to wowKorea, where he talked about the highlights of the stage and his message to his fans.
Q. Please introduce the member to your left in the form of "This is who I see them as!". Please also touch on the member's charms and strengths, and tell us about an episode in which they influenced you.
JUN HYUNG → SHIN SHIN is good at dancing and is a very deep sleeper. He looks a little sharp on the outside, but he has a very cute charm.
He has a friend who is also a bit tsundere. That's why he's so charming. SHIN→PRINCE
First of all, PRINCE is rich. He is my younger brother, but he has some things I respect about him.
He is very kind and good at drawing. I think he is a friend with a great artistic sense. PRINCE→KANG SUNG KANG
SUNG is always in a good mood, and I think he's a very happy person to meet outside. He's also a good talker and a very cool person.
KANG SUNG → JUN SEONG JUN SEONG is originally a very good singer and has a beautiful voice. He studied Japanese hard and came to Japan.
I think it's cool that she's trying so hard. Also, in my memory, she was the one who objectively had the worst sense of fashion, but now she wears it well.
I think he's found his own identity. I think he's better than WOO JIN (laughs). Anyway, he's a cool guy. JUN SEONG → WOO
JIN WOO JIN is really cool because you can see that he believes in himself. He believes in himself and is serious about moving forward, not just thinking about the immediate future, but also looking at the long term.
Even though he's my younger brother, I'm inspired by his behavior and want to learn from him. WOO JIN → JUN HYUNG JUN
HYUNG hyung is reliable, a leader, and always tries to make us aware of our surroundings. He is good at singing and he is also good at English.
Q. After the first and second performances of "STORY ON THE STAGE", please tell us your honest thoughts. What was your impression on the stage?
Was there anything that you were particularly happy about, such as a memorable event or a fan reaction? JUN HYUNG: We sang a fan song as an encore at the end of the stage.
Some people were in tears. Seeing that made me want to work harder on stage. I'm really grateful and I feel bad that I wasn't able to come and see you sooner.
I want to deliver better music and performances from now on, with all my might. That thought came to my mind. PRINCE: After the show, a fan said to me, "I've only seen you online, but I'm so happy to see you again.
This is the first time I've met you in person," he said, and I was really glad and delighted to have had the opportunity to meet him at this performance.
Q. What were your thoughts when you met the Japanese Ghosties (GHOST9 fans) again? What made you think "Japanese fans are like this after all" at this concert?
KANG SUNG: When I look at the walls and outside of FC LIVE, there are a lot of other artists performing, and among them, our
I felt that our fans had been waiting for us for a long time. Also, every time we performed, it was really nice to see our Japanese fans calmly watching over us.
And when the lights go down, it looks really good, which I think is great. JUN SEONG: Japanese fans really love us, and I can really feel their love for us.
When I see them doing that, it gives me even more strength. And Japanese fans, and maybe other fans too, once they fall in love with me, they respond with warm feelings for a long time.
I want to treasure these feelings of gratitude in my heart and do my best to preserve them. Q. Is there anything in particular that you want people to pay attention to on this stage?
Please tell us if there were any highlights or cool moments of other members. WOO JIN: First of all, there were a lot of upbeat songs on this stage, so it was fun to see us having fun.
I'd be happy if you could see a lot of fun and amusement. Also, this time PRINCE looked like he was having a lot of fun and was doing it energetically. PRINCE: Me?
WOO JIN: Yes, it was very well received by fans, so I hope you will see that side of PRINCE as well.
PRINCE: For me, this live performance was really good and included a lot of the parts we usually do.
I feel like I was able to get a little closer to the fans this time. Fortunately, we're good at live performances, so I hope you'll listen to our songs a lot.
Q. Are there any Japanese summer sights, foods, or experiences you're looking forward to during your visit to Japan? Also, please tell us if there's anything you do to stay comfortable during the hot summer.
SHIN: First of all, I wanted to eat udon, soba, beef tongue, etc. But I ate udon with PRINCE first, and then I ate udon with PRINCE and WOO.
I also ate beef cutlet with JIN. And to survive the summer, I set the air conditioner to 18 degrees, turn the wind to the highest setting, take a shower and lie down.
I think the best thing to do is to lie down and do nothing. WOO JIN: I'm really looking forward to eating yakiniku in Japan, and I also want to take photos with Mt. Fuji in the background on Instagram.
There are places where you can get a lot of cool stuff. I want to go to those places. And to beat the heat, I've been given some cooling products like stick-on and spray-on.
Q. Please tell us about something that you've been into recently, or something that's popular among the group. How does it affect your teamwork?
If you think it might have had an impact, please let me know! JUN HYUNG: ...Have you? Maybe? JUN SEONG: It's been a while since we last met... (laughs) PRINCE: I have. JUN
There was also a Japanese version of SEONG's "Love is change~♪" (Melty Love). Why is his whispering voice so moist?
There are a lot of Japanese feel to it, so I listen to it a lot. JUN HYUNG: Is there anything else? Is there anything else? I always say this, but... I also like it a lot.
I don't really know. I don't really know what's popular. (laughs) Q. GHOST9 has been active globally, but are there any new challenges or dreams you want to take on in the future?
What do you want to show as a group in the future? JUN HYUNG: Since we are performing in Japan, we want to release an album in Japan and have activities in Japan.
SHIN: I like Japanese anime, so I'd like to try my hand at making an opening or ending song or an OST.
Q. Finally, please give a message to your fans who always support you, with your thoughts on this summer's stage and your gratitude! JUN
SEONG: It felt like it had been a long time since we had all come to Japan together, and I was really happy. I also felt a little sorry that we hadn't met in such a long time. But I also felt a little sorry that we hadn't met in such a long time.
I don't think our feelings have changed, so I always feel grateful and relieved at times like this. So from now on, no matter how much time passes, I hope we can continue to have a good relationship and move forward.
WOO JIN: It's been a while since I last came to Japan, probably about a year or a year and a half, but the fans remembered me and came in large numbers.
I was really moved by that part. As I said before, if there are more opportunities to work in Japan, I would like to continue to work hard and build even better relationships with the people of Japan.
I want to come.
